Congratulations, you are now licensed (or close to it) and you are asking yourself OMG now what ?!

Then you have come to the right place. This is a live, face-to-face class that will teach you the ins and outs of daily life as an LO.  We will go over everything you need to know to be successful, From how to take a perfect loan application, picking the right program, educating the borrower, analyzing credit, income, assets, submitting your file to processing, right through to closing.  We will also go over how to find business,  asking for referrals, and staying organized through it all. This class is for brand new Loan Officers, who want to learn their job the right way and be great at it.

The class will Start with learning how to take a perfect loan application and collect all the important documents.  We will look at credit, and analyze income and asset documents and pick the correct program and learn why certain loans are a better fit.   I will point out and teach you common mistakes, and issues that can de-rail your loan. We will go over Mortgage Math, ltv, dti, & income. When to Issue a pre-qual letter. We will go over sales contracts, and important dates, and things to look for.  I will teach you organization, and systems to never miss a date, and gets your final CD out on time. Last we go over finding realtor partners, asking for referrals, and building your  brand and having Mortgage SWAG! This is a full start to finish class on being a loan officer, and face to face question and answers!
